We Are Audio was asked to create an immersive audio experience for visitors to Adidas’s launch of the new predator boot. Our brief was to create a feeling that the demon skin of the boot was alive, morphing and evolving inside and around you. The sounds and images were experienced inside a 360-degree immersive booth.
We use a Neumann binaural head to record source sounds that moved around behind and in front of the listener, then further processed these through our Eurorack modular system to enhance the feeling of immersion, chaos, movement and expectation.
Although this immersive and sensory experience cannot easily be translated to an online video we have added this version to our site so you can get a little bit of the same feeling!
